She oversees all aspects of the organisation’s operations, aligning clinical governance, workforce management, quality systems, and business processes to ensure the seamless and safe delivery of care. Rafaela Damaceno

Business Operations Manager

Rafa is a qualified dentist in Brazil with five years of clinical experience before moving into leadership and operational management.

Her background in dentistry has given her a strong understanding of patient care, clinical workflow, and the importance of providing a seamless, safe experience in a healthcare setting.

Rafa now works as Business Operations Manager for the Dormir Group, where she supports the smooth running of day surgery services. She brings a practical, patient-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating an organised, efficient, and positive environment for both staff and patients.
