- Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to your scheduled procedure to confirm your booking. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in your appointment being forfeited or cancelled. - Responsibility to Review Information
Patients are expected to read the Patient Information Booklet provided at the time of booking. This document includes essential information about fasting, medications, arrival times, transportation, consent requirements, and other critical pre-operative instructions. - Reference to Documentation

All correspondence, including appointment confirmations, quotes, and receipts, will be sent via email and/or SMS. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide correct and active contact details and to check these regularly leading up to the procedure.
